Not completely satisfied? Bought the wrong size?

That's unfortunate, but not a problem, as long as your return meets all our conditions.

Return conditions:

☑ Everything is in its original packaging (and this packaging is undamaged)

☑ The items are unworn (trying on is not a problem, but

if upon inspection it is determined that clothing has been worn

(odor, stains, loose seams, stretched out,...) we cannot accept the return)

☑ Each returned item must be in new condition and complete.

☑ Your return must be announced within 14 calendar days, after this period no returns will be accepted.

Will not be taken back:

☒ Damaged/soiled items

☒ Worn clothing

☒ Fabrics

☒ No/not the original packaging

☒ Items that have been repaired by third parties or yourself

☒ Returns announced after 14 calendar days

☒ Items that were specially ordered upon request.

☒ Non-prepaid or cash on delivery shipments will be refused

If your return meets our conditions, Las Fiestas will refund the

full amount (excluding shipping and bank charges) to the customer.

The costs for returning are at the customer's expense.

How to return?

♦ Step 1: Request a return voucher worth the shipping costs, this

amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded

(Note: return costs are always at the customer's expense)

♦ Step 2: Bring your package to a parcel shop

♦ Step 3: After receipt and inspection of your return package, the amount will be refunded to your account.

Attention: If you have enjoyed free shipping and you

no longer meet the requirements for free shipping, both

shipping costs to and from will be charged.

In case of abnormal returns or misuse, Las Fiestas reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.
